FAQ - Please Read
Hello everyone, thank you so much for visiting my shop :) These are just some details on shipping so be sure to read before purchasing or messaging me about anything:
PROCESSING DATES
Processing dates are different for each item. The processing dates may not be 100% accurate because sometimes I receive a large volume of orders and I make, pack and ship everything on my own. Sometimes, your order may be processed but I may not be able to ship it because of the post office timings (holidays) or even lockdowns. Where I live, because of the pandemic, there is a lockdown and I am limiting my trips to the post office as much as possible. I try my best to go at least once a week or as soon as possible. Once I ship your order, you will receive a notification. After this, it is out of my hands so please do not message me about a tracking number because I can not provide you with one unless you had purchased upgraded tracked shipping at checkout. If you did purchase tracking, I will include it in your shipping notification, otherwise, I do not have any tracking available for you.
PREORDERS
Please make sure that you are reading the descriptions of all the items that you are purchasing. Some items are preorders which means that I am still collecting funds for the item and it has not yet been made into production. The shipment estimates on these items are not accurate so make sure you are aware that I can not ship it until after the time given in the description. For a more accurate shipping estimate, please read each items description. I will normally write this in the first few sentences of the description and it will also say the word "preorder" on the title of these items. Please do not message me asking when I will ship your order because I will respond telling you to read the description of what you had ordered.
MAIL DELAY
Due to the global pandemic, all mail is being delayed. The estimated timings you may receive most likely will not be accurate. Please do not refer to these timings for your delivery estimates. If you would like for me to give you a better estimated timing, I may be able to depending on where the package is being shipped so you can always message me to ask but I may not have an answer for you. Current timings are about 2-3 weeks (within Canada), 3-4 weeks (USA) and 4-6 weeks (Internationally). These are only estimates and they may vary based on other circumstances. However, if you do purchase upgraded shipping (option available at checkout), the times are listed there. It is possible that there could be a delay with that as well but either way, it will be much faster than if it went through standard shipping. This is just something which I can not control. From my end, I will try my best to fulfill orders as soon as possible and get them sent out.
TRACKING
Most of the orders I sent out are sent in envelopes. This means that they are most likely sent out as stamped mail or first class letter-mail. Please note that standard shipping does not come with tracking. I will not be able to provide you with any shipping updates after I ship out your order. Please do not message me asking you for updates on your order and where it is because I do not know. If you would like faster shipping and tracking, please upgrade your shipping method at checkout. If you did purchase tracking, I will include a tracking number for you in your shipping notification. USPS first class letter-mail (USA only) does come with partial tracking but delivery is not confirmed.
LOST MAIL
Please know that I am not responsible for lost mail unless you had purchased upgraded shipping. If you had not purchased any tracking, I have no idea where your package is after I ship it so I will not be able to determine whether or not it is lost. Although mail getting lost is rare, it is always possible so please make sure that you are aware of this before placing an order. As per my shop policies, I will not be processing refunds, returns or cancellations. Only order if you are 100% sure you would like the item because I start working on orders as soon as I get them and a lot of items are personalized so I make them especially for you. I will also not be accepting refunds for any reason. If your mail has been lost, I am sorry but I had done my part and I won't be able to get a refund from the post office so I will not be able to refund you either. Unless I have made a mistake on your order, I will not be sending out replacements. If your package was returned to me, I will send you a message about it. If the reason it was returned was my mistake (insufficient postage), I will send it out again but, if it was because of an incorrect address, you will be asked to pay for the postage again and if you are not willing to do so or if you do not reply, I will not be able to ship it out again. Please make sure that the address you are providing me is correct. If you had made a mistake with your address and realized after you had placed your order, just make sure to send me a message right away and I can try and make that change for you if your order has not already been shipped.
REVIEWS
I would really love to get feedback from you on your orders! Once you receive your item, be sure to leave a review on my shop. I would love to see photos too! This can help me and my shop improve as well as help other buyers to decide what to buy. I work hard on all of my orders and get very disappointed when I see a bad review for things that are out of my control or issues that can be resolved. If you are planning on leaving a bad review, please message me to see if there is any way I can help you so that my shop is not affected negatively. Please note that shipping should not affect the item’s review. If I have shipped your item on time, and you have not received it, there is not much that I can do and it is not my fault. To prevent this, you can purchase tracked shipping but if you chose standard shipping and the mail gets lost, I have done my part and it was the post office's fault. It is also very likely that the mail is just delayed so please be patient and message me if you have any problems. You can also always change your review afterwards so please do not leave a negative review and once the issue gets resolved, forget to change it. I appreciate everyone taking their time to write feedback for me and it really means a lot but it is very heart-breaking to read negative reviews. If there was a mistake in your order which is my fault, I can always send out replacements and help you fix the problem is make sure to message me if you are thinking of leaving a negative review because I am always open to help.
