Refund policy

All of the items on my shop are customized as per my valued customer's orders. therefore, unfortunately, I am unable to accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges. I usually start working on your orders as soon as I get them and a lot of items are personalized so I make them especially for you! This is the reason, I am unable to accept refunds. In a rare case that I have made a mistake on your order, please let me know immediately upon receiving it and I will replace it with the right one. Please ensure to report this to me within 3 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to send a detailed email explaining the problem along with pictures at: biggerhits.shop@gmail.com

 Please ensure to provide me with the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Bigger Hits will not be responsible for packages returned or  lost because of an incorrect address.

Bigger hits is also not responsible for lost mails for items purchased with Standard shipping.
